New Life Design, Inc. has taken every measure to assure the confidentiality of clients. All of our methods of coaching occur in secure environment, storages of materials are password protected and are not stored on a publicly accessible computer system. No one except the coaching staff can access your private information. You can feel confident that your information is available only to those to whom you choose to make it known.

New Life Design, Inc. takes your well-being very seriously. For this reason, transcripts are reviewed by administration on an occasional and random basis to insure that the quality of coaching being provided is consistent with the standards set out by the ministry. The identities of individual clients are protected during this process.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, our registration process does take some time. You will be asked to fill out intake forms which will assist us in preparing for your first visit. All information provided will be kept confidential.
