It’s amazing how the same scripture\u00a0continues to speak to us over and over again.\u00a0 You may remember a blog I wrote several months ago about Ephesians 1:22-23, Jesus filling us in every way.\u00a0 Well, God used that same scripture to meet me in my time of\u00a0need again.\u00a0 He is continuing the work He began in me\u00a0(Phil 1:6).\u00a0\u00a0This past week I had one of those rough days where it feels like everyone is against you.\u00a0 That evening I had a full blown pity party and just cried.\u00a0 I felt soooooo empty!!!!\u00a0 As I was pouring my heart out to God, telling him how empty I felt, that same verse (Eph 1:22-23) came to my mind again.\u00a0 I realized that I am not empty.\u00a0 I am full of Jesus.\u00a0 He fills me in every way.\u00a0 He lives in me and fills me up.\u00a0\u00a0As I focused on all these true thoughts, my empty feeling began going away.\u00a0 I chose to believe what God\u00a0was saying\u00a0and not what my emotions were saying.\u00a0 God worked a miracle in my heart that night.\u00a0 God’s Word is truly alive and active!\u00a0 (Heb 4:12)<\/p>\n
